How to make children responsible for their health?

As part of the development of our children, I want to offer programs in the form of self-awareness to raise awareness about their well being.

The programs focus on 3 pillars of establishing a major vision:

Eat, Move, Get Informed! that will educate children about physical, emotional and mental nourishment to empower and enlighten our future

Eat! responds to the the students dietary needs and their eating patterns to help their body become more effective and attentive in the class room

Move! empowers children to take care of their physical and emotional bodies by recognizing the essential elements to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life

Inform yourself! helps educating children about the use of different media and how children receive, perceive the media and how to discuss the major social issues that children aware of but do not know how to treat and assimilate information in the right way

This workshop aims to make children aware of their eating habits and dietary needs. It will allow them:

  • To regulate and balance the appetite
  • To get rid of foods known to be too fat and /or too sweet
  • To understand the consequences on the body in the short and long terms such as the problem of concentration.

Some of the workshops can be organized for a birthday celebration

The workshop allows the child / teen to play a fun physical activity

This practice inspired by Nia Dance combines several techniques to reconnect with your body. This practice also includes free expression in the form of dancing and there are absolutely no prerequisite levels: Your child / teen will:

  • Release tension and stress from everyday’s life
  • Express self and have fun by sweating and toning your body. No need to be a great athlete or dancer either

Workshop  meditation /breathwork

Through group or individual workshops, your child will learn in a fun way:

  • Relax
  • To take the time to listen
  • To free oneself from accumulated tension and stress

Some meditation workshops can end with an art or writing workshop

Through group or individual workshops, your child will learn in a fun way:

Through playful group or individual workshops your child will learn:

  • How are emotions born?
  • How to approach them and embrace them
  • Methods to unload.

This workshop aims to educate children, teenagers about the world around them and the use of media tools such as internet, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, WhatsApp….

By giving them the right tools of life that will allow them to get rid of certain addictions and to give them awareness, they will be able to take responsibility for their choice and live their lives to the fullest

Learn to cook in a healthy way and full of flavor and guilt free

Your child will learn how to use fresh, gluten-free, refined, artificial sugars to re-visit recipes and create unexpected flavors with simple foods
